Get ready East Coast here comes Crucial Audio!

Our new HQ in Delaware will be open this summer!

After a decade in Sonoma County as the premier electronics repair shop we're making
the leap to the world of specialized repairs and the product manufacturing of our personal

The world is growing smaller and you wont have to look to far to still be in touch with us.
The sales and service of our products will only expand and the quality of our service that
you have grown to appreciate will always be the same!

While we are no longer taking in repairs here at Crucial Audio we are gearing up for our big
move to Delaware and looking forward to hearing from you in the future. You can always stay
in touch through our web site @ www.Crucial Audio.com and of course of product facebook links.

Fresh Echo-Nugget to Guitar Player Magazine!

We've just shipped off a fresh "Echo-Nugget" to Guitar Player Magazine for a product review!

We feel confident that after giving the new vacuum tube delay a good test drive they will find the same results that the other major magazines have found... the warmth and over all tone of our vacuum tube processor is hard to beat!

The Crucial Audio Apollo-18 Vacuum Tube Interface Module is one step closer to production.

We just received the first article chassis, and the updated PC Boards should be here in less than 2 weeks! There is still some time left to contact us if you would like to save some money and get in on the pre-orders.Thank you for your patience and support to those who have placed pre-orders with us. The wait is almost over!

Mike Emerson just gave The Apollo 18 (R&D) another run for it's money at the latest "Petty Theft" show at The Mystic Theatre in Petaluma and I had the pleasure of Engineering the house mix once again. Mike has been running his Nord organ through the Apollo 18 and one of the most amazing things about this new vacuum tube interface is the warmth that the unit creates, It really helps shape the overall sound and gives it a much warmer and richer sound that only tubes could create!

Word has it that Mike will also be putting the Apollo 18 through it's paces at the next Mystic
Theatre show when "Petty Theft" returns, Friday April 24th. Come on out to hear and see a
fantastic band! There is a possibility of a Steve Kollander sighting that night as well,
when the designer of the "Apollo 18, "The Echo Nugget" and the "Time Warp"
turns out to hear his own handy work in action!

- ALL STAR GROUP -

As the bands FOH Sound Engineer for the Mystic shows, this news makes me as
happy as well, last time Mike used the Leslie interface we were both smiling ear to
ear every time he tore into a solo and it only got better and better as the tubes warmed up!

For all of the fans who crave their Tom Petty fix from one of the countries most talented
bands, don't miss this show (tickets are still available @ www.TheMysticTheatre.com

It's Bob Moog day @ Crucial Audio!

BOB MOOG
May 23, 1934 -  August 21, 2005 (aged 71)

Robert Arthur "Bob" Moog (/ˈmɡ/ MOHG; May 23, 1934 – August 21, 2005), founder of Moog Music, was an American pioneer of electronic music, best known as the inventor of the Moog synthesizer. Moog's innovative electronic design is employed in numerous synthesizers including the Minimoog Model D, Minimoog Voyager, Little Phatty, Sub 37, Moog Taurus Bass Pedals, Moog Minitaur, and the Moogerfooger line of effects pedals.

The Crucial Audio team of Steve Kollander. Kiyo and Randy Teaford test out the restoration
of 2 historic pieces of analog electronic history from the man himself Bob Moog.
Video #1 is the Mini-Moog Model D.

In 1953 at age 19, Moog founded his first company, R.A. Moog Co., to manufacture theremin kits.

Video #2  - Kiyo tests out The Theremin - This is 1 out of the 50 original Theremins that were
ever made by Bob Moog in the earliest days of electronics and music. It has now been repaired, calibrated and certified by Steve Kollander.
